1. About These Terms
Erlyuiqwmona is operated by ERLYUIQWMONA INC. These Terms apply to your use of erlyuiqwmona.com and purchases of our side tables, end tables and nesting table sets. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies made available before checkout. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Using Our Store
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract and authorized to use the payment method you provide. Give accurate contact, billing and delivery details. Do not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, interfere with its operation or access another person's account.

3. Products and Descriptions
Review the product page for dimensions, materials, color, included components, care instructions and any assembly requirements. Check the available space and delivery access before ordering. Lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear; this does not limit your rights if an item materially differs from its description.

4. Prices and Payment
Prices and payments are in U.S. dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout. Standard shipping to eligible destinations is free ($0). The complete order total is shown before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

5. Orders and Availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment remains subject to payment verification and product availability. If an error or stock issue prevents fulfillment, we will contact you with the available options. We will not substitute an item or charge a higher price without your agreement. If we cancel an order we cannot fulfill, any payment collected will be refunded in full.

6. Changes and Cancellations
Contact info@erlyuiqwmona.com within 24 hours of placing your order to request a change or cancellation. Include your order number and requested change. We will check the order status; changes or cancellations may no longer be possible after dispatch. If the order has shipped, the Refund Policy applies. An accepted cancellation is refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days of confirmation.

7. Shipping and Returns
We ship to the contiguous 48 U.S. states. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or international destinations.

Order processing takes 1-2 business days and standard transit takes 3-7 business days, for an estimated total of 4-9 business days after order confirmation and payment verification. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery estimates, return conditions, shipping costs and refund timing. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.

8. Website Content and Third-Party Services
Website text, images and other content may be protected by intellectual property laws. Do not reproduce or distribute protected content without permission from the rights holder. Payment, delivery and other third-party services may have their own terms. Using those services does not remove our obligations to you as the seller.

9. Applicable Law and Updates
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mississippi and applicable U.S. federal law, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. No provision excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that the law does not permit us to exclude. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. Updates apply prospectively; the terms presented when you ordered govern that purchase unless a change is legally required.
